All products are shipped from Modesto, California USA

Most products have their own shipping rate, meaning that shipping speeds will vary depending on mail type.

We are not held responsible for any carrier mishandling, such as the product being lost, delayed, stolen, or misdirected, when notified of delivery. 

Turn around time

Any products that have *PRE-ORDER in their title and/or description will most often have a turn-around time of 8 to 10 weeks for production. Turn-around time does not include shipping transit time (on average 3 to 5 business days) or account for possible delays during transit of product.
